Low Range Off-Road Differntial Drop Kit 2007-2015


Low Range Off Road has designed a Differential Drop to keep those Constant Velocity Joint boots from tearing, and keeping those CV Joints from premature wear from the increased angle.

When too large of a spacer is used, the differential mounting points have large factory washers that will hit the bushing mount on the differential- Causing metal to metal contact. We like to keep everything like it was designed- no noises, no squeaks, no problems- So we came up with the perfect length.

The Skid Plate drop is no exception in quality. We don't include a bolt that wouldn't mimic factory quality. Why not include a "off the shelf bolt"? Simply put, when doing routine service, the bolts that are on the from the Factory are a 12mm head. Off the shelf metric bolts have a 13mm head....what the? Plus, the factory bolts make it easy to keep the bolt in a socket, unlike others for easy removal and installation. The bolt also has an extra large flange area to keep the bolt from sliding through the hole on the skidplate.

Included In Kit:

2-Grade 8 diff drop bolts for ultimate strength.

2-Grade 8 hardened washers 

2-Serrated flange nuts for easy installation. (factory is flanged)

2-Precision CNC-machined differential drop spacers (correct length)

3-Precision CNC-machined skid plate drop spacers

3- Flanged 12MM head Class 10.9 extended skid plate drop bolts


Note: Some Aluminum (Limited Model) Skid Plates do not allow provisions for skid plate drop.  We have found that they can still be installed over the differential with differential drop with no issues.
